LAPP Tannehill Hires District Sales Manager for Ohio & Kentucky

LAPP Tannehill has hired a District Sales Manager in the South to manage accounts in Ohio and Kentucky! Welcome Rob Peterangelo to the team!

Where are you from and where do you live now?
Born and raised in Dayton Ohio, except for a couple years in Tucson Arizona where I graduated high school. We had moved to Tucson because of my Dad’s job transfer. He worked for the Department of Defense.

Pets/Family?
I have 3 German Shephards; Zoey, Marley & Nova. I am married to Melissa who is a nurse practitioner, and we have 4 children; Matt, 26, who is a program manager for Dept. of Defense; Mark & Tim who are 23 and twins. Mark is a cyber security specialist for Dept. of Defense. Tim has a BS in Business and is enrolled in the police academy; my daughter Sara is 22 and has 1 semester of clinicals left for her Bachelor of Nursing.

What are your hobbies?
I like to golf, fish, walk the dogs, and go boating.

What is a random fact about you?
I am in the Semi-Pro Football Hall of Fame. I was a member if the Dayton Steelers that played in the National Championship. We hold the record for most points scored and the least given up in a season.

What are your favorite and/or recommended books, movies, tv series, or podcasts?
My favorite book is Think & Grow Rich, and my favorite podcast is from Bob Proctor.

What is one thing that motivates you every day?
Meeting someone that could improve your life.

Where is the best place you’ve traveled to?
Dominican Republic

If you could give your younger self advice, what would it be?
Never pass up an opportunity and find a mentor.

What is/was your dream career and why?
I’m doing it right now!

Where did you go to college and what did you major in?
I went to Wright State University and Ohio State University and majored in Finance & Business Management.

What are past positions you've held in your career? And what skills/experience do you bring to this position?
My background is in business development and sales. I have been an account rep. to VP of Operations. I bring a unique set of skills and experiences that will allow me to build and grow relationships and opportunities.

What are you excited about at LAPP Tannehill?
The fact that there is so much opportunity to grow the business and the great team of people that I am now a part of.
